For the past fourteen years, the Good Earth Tea Room has been startling patron with its modern and innovative take on traditional dishes. Where else can you find appetizers such a Tunaquito? This is a cleansing dish of raw tuna with spring onions served in a taco shell with white sauce and wasabi. Another version of the popular Tex-Mex taquito is the Duckquitos, made up of roast duck with white sauce and black sesame seeds still in the traditional taco shell.
What could be more traditional Chinese but the steamed dumpling pao. However, at the Good Earth Tea Room, they have Crispy Chicken Pao, as well as Duck Siopao. Another sought-after steamed dimsum is the Lily on the Pond with its mix of vegetables and prawns in a spicy curry and chite coconut cream sauces.
